Hello, friends! You might be wondering why you don't see any glossy photos of me striking a pose on this website. Well, let me take you on a little journey through my reasoning.

As a 90s kid, I've seen it all—scrunchies, dial-up internet, and the rise of social media. With that came an overwhelming wave of images showcasing 'perfect' bodies. Growing up, I went through many phases trying to fit into those moulds. From fasting to malnutrition, to binge eating, I've struggled with body acceptance. It took years of hard work to finally embrace my body as it is.

The internet is already flooded with photos of edited, tanned bodies that create unrealistic standards. You don’t have to search far to find these images, and frankly, I don’t want to contribute to that mix. It's important for me to stand apart from the norm and offer something different. Instead of focusing on perfect visuals, I prioritise movement, education, and empowering my clients... Body Positivity and Authenticity!

In my journey, I’ve realised that relatability and individuality matter more than conforming to societal standards. My life revolves around running a business, not curating the perfect Instagram feed. I want my clients to know that fitness is not about achieving a certain look but about feeling strong, healthy, and confident in their own skin.

When you come to Relatable Trainer, you get authenticity. I focus on personalised training, tailored advice, and real-life success stories. It's about your journey, your progress, and your victories, not about posing for the camera.

Let’s move together, learn together, and grow together—beyond the filters and flawless snapshots.
