Join us in SW London on the last Thursday and Friday of every month for a 25-minute workout designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, or just move more, this session is a great way to stay active and motivated.

📅 Lunchtime (Now on last Thursday of the Month) – A midday boost to keep you feeling strong.

📅 Evening (Last Friday of the Month) – A great way to finish the month on a high.
