AJ, Your Relatable Trainer
I’m a personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and long-term conditions specialist with a lifelong passion for movement and wellness. My journey began with an MA in Choreography and Dance Techniques, which gave me a deep understanding of the body’s potential. I’ve spent my career helping clients strengthen their bodies, manage chronic conditions, and achieve their fitness goals through tailored programmes that fit into their lives. With my expertise and relatable approach, we’ll create a programme that works for you—whether that’s building strength, enhancing flexibility, or achieving balance in mind and body. Strength & Conditioning
Develop functional strength and build lean muscle mass with a dynamic plan tailored to your goals. Using tools like TRX, kettlebells, and battle ropes, sessions are designed to improve your endurance and energy levels through targeted strength and cardio work, including HIIT, steady-state cardio, and circuits.

Mobility, Stretching & Pilates
Enhance your range of motion, flexibility, and joint health through Pilates techniques, tailored mobility exercises, and PNF stretching. Perfect for improving posture, relieving tension, or enhancing athletic performance.

Long-Term Conditions Support
I specialise in helping clients manage chronic health conditions through personalised exercise sessions designed to improve strength, posture, and overall well-being.
Sessions also address lifestyle and nutrition adjustments, supporting your overall well-being beyond physical fitness.

Assessment & Maintenance
A comprehensive one-off session every 4–6 weeks to assess your body’s mobility, strengths, and weaknesses. Together, we’ll:
• Evaluate your movement patterns and imbalances.
• Build a plan to address areas of improvement, working towards a more balanced, pain-free body.
• Create a personalised routine of exercises and stretches that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle, helping you build sustainable habits.
Pricing
All sessions are pre-paid and include session preparation, travel time, and equipment setup. (Weights are provided on-site if hiring a studio or visiting my location but not transported.)
Private Training
Personalised sessions tailored to your unique goals, whether it’s strength, conditioning, or improving flexibility.

Group training for 2–5 people. Ideal for friends, family, or colleagues.

Form Assessment & Maintenance
A comprehensive session to evaluate your posture, mobility, strengths, and areas for improvement. Includes a deep stretch, personalised plan for strength and stretching, and guidance for building sustainable habits.
• 1–2 hours: £150
Recommended every 4–6 weeks or as a one-off session for balanced, pain-free movement.
