I am qualified to work with clients with long term conditions and low back pain, and I continue to build my knowledge in women’s health and menopause. That means your sessions are designed with your medical history in mind, not in spite of it.

Why you will not see before and after photos here

My clients are women working on Pilates goals and posture, men who train at dawn before long days at a desk, and teens pushing hard in their sport. They are all different.

I do not use client photos on my website because your progress is personal. I care more about how you feel, move and live than how you look in a comparison picture.
